The leak was exactly where your operative identified that it would be; not just the taped zone, but the actual spot hidden underneath 100mm-ish of concrete. Impressive!

Your engineer Barry, was very professional and as considerate as possible given the stressful situation. He was also very helpful in suggesting solutions to the problem which we have now taken into consideration.
