Called this morning and confirmed an appointment for several days hence. Mark called a short while later offering an appointment this pm following a cancellation. Chris turned up early afternoon and quickly but discreetly got to work. After a short while the source of the leak was identified. An expensive service but well worth the money to avoid unnecessary damage to the house trying to find the leak. Great job. Thanks Chris for being friendly, professional and informative.

Barry has visited my property this afternoon to undertake a gas test in the hope of moving my insurance claim forward. He took time to explain the process and results to me, which I very much appreciated as I have no technical background, was thorough and very polite and professional. Bernie was excellent, he listened patiently to my concerns, and then thoroughly checked the Bungalow for any leaks , he identified where the leak in the central heating pipes was, and also informed me that there was a 30% damp reading in the shower room , which was not connected to the central heating pipework , but he suspected it was a leak from the shower. He also gave me some very good advice re the pipework in the loft. He was very courteous and professional .

I just wanted to say how much we appreciated Bernie’s efforts today. He searched and tested high an low and probed everything possible until the very last moment when he spotted some salts and condensation, and then finally a gas leak under a kitchen unit!  The evidence is there, thank goodness. He told me that the boiler gauge is out of whack but that’s another thing. Most impressed with his tenacity. Thank you.”

I wanted to say thank you for excellent service we received from your service engineer yesterday. He explained what he was doing no why and located the leak that has ‘evaded’ plumbers, heating engineers and Homeserves best for some time. I would certainly recommend your company and your engineer. In the days of cowboy builders it was a real pleasure to meet a true professional.

Both engineers were fantastic. I was incredibly worried but they put me at ease and talked me through the process. My insurance company had previously said I was not insured but they encouraged me to revisit this and due to their knowledge and expertise, I have done so and my claim has been accepted.

I am writing to express my satisfaction with the services provided by the engineers who attended my property on Friday 10th May. The two engineers were extremely efficient in detecting a leak from a radiator pipe buried in concrete which had remained undetected following several visits from various engineers sent from our insurers.
