Just wanted to say a big thank you for sending Barry to detect my leak today. He detected the leak and reassured me that there is nothing to worry about and that it would soon be resolved. Also, at my request he turned the water mains off, which is the first time in ages that I cannot hear running water under the floor, which has kept me awake for the last 3 nights. Once again a big thank you for sending such an experienced man I was delighted with the service.

The engineer (James) had the difficult task of locating a relatively minor leak in a large house with solid and suspended wooden floors. He politely managed my expectations saying that it would be challenging so I was absolutely delighted when he managed to locate the leak. Better still the leak was in a hidden but accessible area so repairs were carried out by my plumber the same day. I would like to thank LDS and James for a first class service!

While I think it’s a fabulous service, quick and efficient, systematic and state of the art technology, £500 net of VAT would have been my ideal price! Very courteous and gave reasons for the process and any questions he asked. ..and was incredibly patient when the dogs were weaving around him while he was doing difficult work.

Chris arrived on time and worked very hard continuously for almost 6hrs 30mins, and never had a break. He was courteous, informative, knowledgeable, pleasant, obeyed the covid restrictions fully whilst in my property and was helpful whenever i asked a question. Chris was possibly the best engineer who has visited my home.

I would just like to say thank you for the work that you carried out for me. I have now exposed the leak area and confirmed your second findings for my property. I very much appreciate that when the first check proved wrong you responded so quickly to correct it with a second visit. I have no hard feelings about the first visit the gentleman that came believed he had found the problem and left, in our working life I’m sure we have all been there at least once. Thank you again.

An unexplained water leak led to contacting my insurance company who appointed LDS to inspect the problem. I expected a quick half-our visit but three-and-a-half hours later Adrian was still working on sourcing the problem. It was great to see such a professional job carried out particularly given the Covid circumstances. I cannot rate his work and this company highly enough. Would definitely recommend.

Adrian did a great job and what with his detection and Lawrence my plumber’s follow up it looks like the cowboy builders and plumbers antics could be behind me! Engineer Chris was excellent, arrived promptly, very professional, clearly very experienced and detected a hidden leak in pipe work under screed/tiles which proved tricky.
