Gareth was excellent and deserves some reward for the service provided and the extent of investigation to find the problem, which was a dual supply issue and not a leak.

I was not present when the engineer attended, but have heard that he had to deal with some very unreasonable tenants and therefore I feel that as he still managed to carry out the investigation he gave a good service.
