After discovering signs of damp in the house and suspecting a leak we contacted LDS to investigate where it was coming from. The gentleman that turned up to conduct the investigation used all the right PPE (Covid), he was polite, really friendly and very professional. Within a couple of hours the leak was found using the highest quality of equipment (we were very impressed) and able to tell us how far the damp had travelled. We had a detailed report emailed to us within a couple of days which we were able to forward to our insurance. After then having awful issues with our insurance company who refused to dry the property out, we contacted LDS (Mark, Lisa & Beverley) who were SO helpful and completed a follow up report that we were able to send to our insurance to highlight what would happen within the property if it wasn’t dried properly & efficiently which helped support our concerns.
Even though they were really busy and they completed this follow up report promptly so we could challenge our insurance company.
