After receiving a large Severn Trent water bill we were informed that we must have a leak on our industrial estate somewhere. We frantically started looking for leak detection companies and I came across L.D.S.
I called up and initially spoke with Mark who was not pushy at all and was very informative and gave us some great insurance claim advice which was amazing and meant we saved a lot of money.
We decided to go with them for the leak detection.
They turned up on time on the day and the guy who came was also super friendly while observing all COVID safety guidelines, and after a few hours he found the leak on the industrial estate. He had all sorts of tools and gadgets to help locate what turned out to be an underground broken pipe which was leaking very badly.
Afterwards he gave us super advice on how to get it repaired which we wouldn’t have had a clue about.
I would definitely recommend this company for leak detection! Spot on service and most definitely 5 stars.
