Barney was calm, very responsive to questions and kept as in obtrusive as possible. We are a B&B and our guests were considered with understanding. The process was thorough and we were able to be with/ take part .although it took 4hours to find we are just so very glad to be in a position to repair it and be back to normal. We would recommend this company without hesitation.
