Really pleased with the service from Chris and his colleague, and LDS as a whole. Very knowledgeable and professional team who were able to help with a long term water ingress issue. They diagnosed the source which was a huge relief. They were able to come out quickly, were friendly, Covid safe and thorough. They are pricey compared to some other comparable services but I wanted a company that knew what they were doing and so they were worth it. I received a comprehensive report, and some other good advice on another unrelated issue – they clearly had a lot of knowledge and experience with plumbing and heating systems as well as leak detection. I would use again if I ever had another mystery leak or water ingress.
