We had a leak which was untraceable so we contacted LDS with a view to the leak being traced. Arrangements were made for a visit the following day and the engineer Brett arrived on time and within an hour had found the problem. He subsequently wrote a report and that was forwarded to our insurance company who subsequently gave the go ahead for the repair. This was undertaken some days later due to Christmas and New Year. We found Brett to be helpful, friendly and informative. Should we ever require this sort of service again we will have no hesitation in contacting LDS and will be only too pleased to recommend them.
