Both very friendly and informative. Felt very confident in them and they caused minimal disruption, were polite and worked quickly. All was Covid secure and I was relieved to have a reliable answer having been misled by so called damp proofing companies. Thorough testing and explanations mean I’ve finally found out the cause of my water ingress! The service is quite pricey but was worth it, and they were really helpful when my water company were messing me about over my external stopcock. The report was incredibly thorough. I’d definitely recommend LDS.
