Malcolm the engineer attended on time. He was friendly, professional and enthusiastic about the task at hand. He kept me informed of what the was doing and explained the process. Within a fairly short period of time he identified the location of the leak and showed to me the evidence he had uncovered. It was a great relief to identify the location of the leak (not obvious). I now look forward to getting the leak repaired with confidence. LDS are clearly a very competent business and know exactly what they are doing. I would have not hesitation in using their services again.
