Your engineer Barry called this morning and I can report the he successfully traced the leak. He has a pleasant personality and he is also a very clean and tidy worker. Professionally he is very competent and he was happy to discuss what he was doing. If all visiting engineers were in his league there would a lot fewer disgruntled clients.
