Gareth was so polite, professional and informative – I have never been so happy to receive bad news!! He really made us feel like he knew what he was doing and was going to provide an answer from the moment he walked in the door. We sincerely appreciated his candor and integrity. He is an amazing employee – and really restored our faith that there are good people & amazing companies out there.
