Last month LDS carried out trace and access for us following a leak from our upstairs bathroom into the living room. They were able to fit us in right away (other firms expected us to wait 2+ weeks, which is not practical if you have to keep your water turned off!). Chris from the team was able to find the cause of the leak within just a few minutes, and kindly also carried out a temporary repair so we weren’t needing to keep water off longer whilst waiting for a plumber. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the insurance claims process we would be facing. He provided us with a clear and concise report sufficient for our insurers to authorise the drying and decorative work needed. Thanks again Chris and all the team.
