It’s always nervous bringing in a company to your house but I would not hesitate in recommending LDS. I booked them in to investigate a potential leak in our central heating system. Their engineer Gareth stopped at nothing to try and identify the problem and used several methods to investigate. Throughout his time with us Gareth was polite, considerate, friendly and helpful. He even called a couple of hours after the appointment to check in which I thought was an extremely nice touch. Added to this everyone I spoke to in their office was friendly and helpful. Post visit I was provided with a detailed and useful report. To be honest I hope I never need to call them again however if I did I would not hesitate in getting in touch.
