I just wanted to say how much we appreciated Bernie’s efforts today. He searched and tested high an low and probed everything possible until the very last moment when he spotted some salts and condensation, and then finally a gas leak under a kitchen unit!  The evidence is there, thank goodness. He told me that the boiler gauge is out of whack but that’s another thing. Most impressed with his tenacity. Thank you.”
